The NGFI Live Cell Perfusion Chamber PC 30 is made for 30mm glass cover slips. It is an optimal solution for high-quality Live Cell Imaging experiments as it was designed from researchers for researchers. The chamber volume is 1 mL and laminar flow is easily achieved. Just take care that no air bubbles are in the inlet tube which could disturb the laminar flow. A high quality sealing ring connects the glass platelet to the perfusion chamber to make it safe and leak proof. Just close the chamber with screwing the upper part smoothly and set the liquid level by adjusting the outflow tube with the two regulating screws.
