We perform high resolution respirometry experiments for you.

We use both the Oroboros and Seahorse Technologies in order to assess the metabolic activity of cells. If you do not have access to these instruments, but would like to measure the metabolic activity of your cells please contact us.

 

We perform single cell ATP measurements.

We use genetically encoded ATP probes in order to visualize ATP dynamics on the single (sub)cellular level. If you do not have high resolution fluorescence microscopes, but would like to have a live-cell readout of ATP dynamics in your cells of interest please contact us for contract research.
